This list will help you understand everything you will need as you approach your In-Home Presentation

4. Needs Analysis Worksheet

​Needs Analysis Work Sheet
Print multiple copies of this worksheet. You will fill this out while sitting with clients to determine eligibility. Text completed worksheet to your manager.

Practice writing an app on yourself before using this in a home with a client. Until you receive your writing number you will type/write “pending” on the application.
