- Understand the Promotional & Bonus Guidelines provided by Equis Financial
- Set a realistic income goal year after year and strive to keep those goals. (If help is needed with these talk with your manager to determine an appropriate goal for your expertise.)
Create a Schedule
- Write out a weekly schedule and stay disciplined. Check out the sample schedule in the video above.
- Be sure to block out times for weekly webinars, dial times, and personal obligations.
