Tanya went from a stay-at-home mother of 6 kids to a Platinum Elite Producer each of
her first 5 years in the industry. She has proven that you don't need to have years of
sales experience to excel at Equis Financial. Life's experiences have shaped
Michael and Tanya's passion for helping others. After their youngest son passed
away, a family friend started a go fund me page to fund the funeral, and several
months later they found themselves in financial ruins. Michael and Tanya's passion
for making sure no one else has to endure that experience has driven them to touch as many
people as they can with the message of the importance of protecting loved ones. Through their success in helping families prepare for the worst days of their lives, they have developed a passion and a mission to train agents to do the same it's this passion that drives Michael and Tanya: they are 100 percent committed to the clients they serve, and to training the agents they have on their team to achieve financial freedom and reach their goals.
Their company name bears the initials of their son -CGH- for Callen George Hughes. It also stands for Compassion, Grit, and
Honor. They live by these principles, and have created a culture where these three values encompass all that they do in creating
an atmosphere where hard work and love for their agents results in the success of everyone
