- Create a professional email signature. For instructions, please see the steps below. Your signature should have
- Your name
- Your phone number
- A professional looking picture of you
Steps to create a Gmail signature:
- Open Gmail: Go to your Gmail inbox.
- Access settings: Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select "See all settings".
- Navigate to the "General" tab: Click on the "General" tab.
- Locate the "Signature" section: Scroll down until you find the "Signature" section.
- Create a new signature: Click "Create new".
- Enter your signature text: In the provided text box, add your name, title, company, contact information, etc.
- Add images: You can add logos or other images by clicking the "Insert image" button.
- Format your signature: You can change font, color, size, etc., using the formatting options.
- Set a default signature: Choose whether you want to use this signature for new emails, replies, or both.
- Save your changes: Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
